What works for one person may not next (or even same day), and we yet to figure out predict exactly what will everyone. As you saw composite personas described here, some struggle with isolation loneliness, a hard time connecting socially their teams, or find pressures hybrid remote teams be overwhelming. Others relish this newfound way working, enjoying more family, greater flexibility exercise during day, better work/life balance, stronger desire contribute world. How can build environments, tools, processes support full range experiences are going through?
